  • BBA/ MBA in HRM or Masters in any discipline with advance knowledge in HR of Garments & Textile Sector.

Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 35 years
  • Must have good computer literacy especially reputed Payroll attendance software, Outlook, MS office PowerPoint.
  • Must have good command over spoken & written English and Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Well conversant with Employment Ordinance, Employees Compensation and Tax regulations.
  • Deploy Experience in Payroll attendance software will be added advantage.
  • HR and Payroll, HR payroll, HRM, Payroll, payroll management, Payroll Process in with advance knowledge in HR of Garments & Textile Sector.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • R & D Day to day HR operation, develop policies, procedures, manuals, SOPs, Buyer requirements, Prepare to Report for Software. 
  • HR system document as per company COC, buyer COC, Bangladesh Labor Code (Act 2006,2013 & Update) and Factory Rules as well as the rule of ILO convention. 
  • Update organogram & manpower plan for business units. Employee recruitment, selection and placement process by software.
  • HR operation using attendance payroll software system. Maintain and update all the records, files, and documents, personal details, position, salary, appraisal outcomes, leave records, Final Settlement of separated employees and awards by software.
  • Deploy employee daily attendance & movement system by software. Up to Date of HR Data regularly by software. Pay slip and others all letter issuing by software.
  • Develop HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
  • Work closely with Management, Accounts and MIS departments in payroll management.
  • Final settlement with accounts.
  • Perform and ensure HR activities and practices in the whole organization.
  • Agree to face Audit / Buyer.
  • Agree to arrange time to time Training.
  • Able to handle HR and time section Teamed.
  • Agree to work any operation if needed in Manual.
  • Performing other HR related issues assigned by the management Required to be an excellent team player as well as a good communicator.
  • You must be able to work with under pressure.
