- Must have advanced level of MS Excel experience in different report writing.
- Must have good command over spoken & written English and Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Well conversant with Employment Ordinance, Employees Compensation, and Tax regulations.
Responsibilities & Context: - Manage HR & Payroll operation using JIBIKA attendance payroll software system.
- Collaborate closely with the HR Head to identify payroll needs.
- Manages workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
- Prepare and ensure on-time salary, allowance, bonus, incentives, and other employee payment-related issues.
- Prepare salary sheet, collect acknowledgment and submit the requisition to Accounts & Finance Department for Fund management as per payment method for all business units.
- Maintain a workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
- Check and update all employee information, files, documents, personal details, position, salary, appraisal outcomes, leave records, Tax documentation, Final Settlement of separated employees by the software system.
- Prepare & submit various reports such as employee's daily attendance, late, absent, early leaving, Manual correction, leave, active/inactive employee, hired and separation report, or any other report as and when required.
- Prepare and provide different HR & Payroll information as per the management requirements.
- Perform any other task till final salary disbursement. Any other task assigned by the management.
