Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA in Human Resource Management or any relevant disciplines from prominent business school;
∎ MBA in HRM will be preferred;
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage overall employee lifecycle activities and day-to-day operations;
∎ Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding process (exit process and final settlement) for the organization;
∎ Manage salary increment, promotion, transfers, etc. as per organization policy,
∎ Manage employee lifecycle activities through Workday;
∎ Implement compensation & associated modules in HRIS (Workday) considering country operation;
∎ Resolve queries or complaints raised by employees with respect to HR Services;
∎ Ensure employee benefit schemes and develop employee database that contains mobility, salary and other relevant information required for the business;
∎ Calculating employees compensation, updating internal payroll databases and ensuring timely payments;
∎ Coordinating for HR activities and HR operational tasks;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Minimum 04 to 06 years of experience in HR operations;
∎ Must have working experience in Workday/ SAP/ Oracle or other HRIS platform;
∎ Ideal candidate should have experience in advanced HR analytics and reporting;
Salary: Negotiable
