∎ MBA, Major in HRM/ PGDHRM preferred

∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR, Compensation & Benefits, HR Policy, Human Resources & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Spinning

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Payroll & Other Financial Benefits of all Strategic Business Unit.
∎ Responsible for monitoring Personal File Management.
∎ Assist to prepare policy and procedure.
∎ Responsible for general HR and OD of the Group.
∎ Look after all the HR operational activities of a SBU (Recruitment & Selection, Induction, Training, Assessment, Grievance Handling, Memo/ Letter/ Circular, Transfer, Motivation etc.)
∎ Any other task assigned by the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
