Additional Requirements:
  • Age 32 to 40 years
  • Must have experience on various environmental audit. Sound knowledge on BLA-2006 and BLR-2015, MS Office expert.
  • Must have audit knowledge on BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, ISO9001, HIGG FEM.
  • Working experience on different buyers Inditex, H&M, M&S, Next etc. Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good Attitude and team bounding. Ensure 100% implementation of buyer's COC.
  • Need work experience in well known and renowned factory.
  • Sound understanding of regulatory guideline and security policies.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Job Context:

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible to make & monitor company HR & Compliance polices as per local laws and as per specified by different buyers code of conducts.
  • Ensure all compliance issues of a compliant factory both ethical & technical, conduct internal & external audit, training / awareness on regular basis on social compliance.
  • Assist to ensure implement ISO, Technical, Environmental Security an RSC etc.
  • Planning and process of recruitment staff and workers for the factory.
  • Provide various awareness training to employee as per training schedule and monitor monthly training calendar of subordinate.
  • Prepare & update necessary HR, Compliance and others policy, procedure and SOP as per law & buyer`s COC.
  • Maintain and renewal for updating all necessary license/ certificates / permits as per legal requirement.
  • Monitoring subordinate job activities, HR, Compliance & Welfare team and assign their respective duties.
  • Supervise regular compliance activities and establish the factory code of conduct according to Buyer requirements.
  • Prepare factory for upcoming audit like BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, HIGG Social and Environmental, ISO 9001: 2015, GTW, OCS, RCS, GRS, FSC, RSC, and others social, technical and Environmental audit.
  • Closing of pending NCS & prepare audit CAP Report, inform buyer about the updated status of CAP and follow up the reports.
  • Coordinate environmental sustainability initiatives i.e. water saving, energy saving, waste management, etc.
  • Implement local / Industrial laws, International labor Organization laws and buyers COC.
  • Monitoring all disciplinary action, grievance issues & also counseling motivate the worker as per local law.
  • To liaison with local government & non- government agencies, such as, Bangladesh Police, Labor Department, Consulting firm, BGMEA, Audit firm / auditor, Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishment etc.
  • Any other task job assigned by manager/ management and major issue report & assist to Manager/ Director.
