Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead and manage all core HR functions, including recruitment & selection, payroll, performance management, training & development, and employee relations.

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems in line with organizational goals and labor laws.

  • Manage onboarding, orientation, and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Oversee leave, attendance, and disciplinary management.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and organizational policies.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR and people-related matters.

  • Handle final settlements, HR letters, and all related documentation.

  • Drive organizational culture, employee retention, and talent development initiatives.
