Experience:

Lead and manage all core HR functions, including recruitment & selection, payroll, performance management, training & development, and employee relations.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems in line with organizational goals and labor laws.
Manage onboarding, orientation, and employee engagement initiatives.
Oversee leave, attendance, and disciplinary management.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and organizational policies.
Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR and people-related matters.
Handle final settlements, HR letters, and all related documentation.
Drive organizational culture, employee retention, and talent development initiatives.
