Software Skill: Auto Cad/ Revit, Sketchup/ 3DS MAX (Rendering), Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.
Responsibilities & Context:
Take and understand briefs from the client(s).
Responsible for contribution to architectural and interior projects.
Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients·
Develop ideas considering the client`s needs, building`s usage and environmental impact.
Producing detailed drawings.
Keep the client updated about the progress of work and take feedback.
Able to make models, prepare designs, complete construction documents, and assist with building plans and material presentation.
Liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects.
Specifying the requirements for the project.
Follow architectural trends and advancements.
Maintain regular and healthy relationships with the client(s).
