Responsibilities & Context:
  • Guiding the team members to manage and maintain full life cycle of recruitment process from sourcing to offering and ensure replacement and succession planning is served as per strategic objective of the company.

  • Analyze and interpret standard recruitment trends to meet the best tailored approach for the company.

  • Participate regular PMS process and KPI data mining of the company to ensure on-time performance appraisal process.

  • Ensure to act as Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to run the HR function & deliver value added service to management and employees.

  • Ensure to Prepare & conduct JD, job competencies & specifications for existing & new employees.

  • Participate regular PMS process and KPI data mining of the company to ensure on-time performance appraisal process is done with all relevant formats are collected and compiled accordingly.

  • Serve as one of the key strategic team members for the organization and for the department in driving organization change management and business optimization projects along with HoD.

  • Manages all HR issues & provide relevant HR services regularly and on time in compliance with the company policy, staff rules and regulations and also in accordance with Bangladesh labor law.

  • Prepare, amend, review or maintain different HR procedures & policies of the company along with HoD.

  • Prepare different reports on staff hiring, training, salary review, promotion, increment, disciplinary measures taken, etc. for the management. Perform, prepare and submit various HR analytic (competency/skills, gap analysis and TNA) of employees to HoD.

  • Ensure functional HR activities of supervising on the payroll management, Health & Employee Well-being, Employee Counselling issue and other relevant & regular HR issues runs smoothly in all locations.

  • Prepare and submit TNA report to the management and ensure the process of enhancing the employee`s knowledge, skills, and abilities to improve job performance.
