Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Adminstration, Human Resource Management, Labor Law
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Full expertise in EPZ Labor law. Follow up with the changes brought in Labor law \ amendments.
∎ Need to have strong management skills for handling local labours.
∎ Follow up with govt. agencies (e.g. Labor Ministry) to get approval of license & other documents.
∎ Screening documents for interview, preparing recruitment papers and on-boarding process (shop floor associates).
∎ Maintenance of ID card, Attendance and leave record & follow up with exit interview for resigned associates(shop floor associates).
∎ Preparing various reports (CFT\Turnover, HR Dashboard, employee award, holiday management, Wages, Incentives & Festival Bonus calculation).
∎ Correspondence with team for providing required documents (appraisal \ banking \ insurance)
∎ Meet Internal/external audit requirement (Specifically documents like license, approval copy) and follow up.
∎ Plan, Co-ordinate and execution of HR event calendar inside factory.
∎ Ensure adequate housekeeping in production floor & guest house.
∎ Follow up with security issues 24/7, vendor management for associate food, dress & other issues and Internal \ external audit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ PHDHRM Preferred.
∎ Experience in KEPZ Factory.
