Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in the preparation and management of commercial documents, including invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
∎ Accurately input and update data in the company’s commercial systems and databases.
∎ Handle routine customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
∎ Maintain and organize all commercial records and files for easy retrieval.
∎ Ensure all commercial activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
∎ Provide general support to the commercial team, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
