Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
∎ Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
∎ Support performance management processes including appraisals, feedback sessions, and KPIs.
∎ Coordinate and conduct employee training and development programs.
∎ Maintain and update employee records in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
∎ Address employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and manage conflict resolution.
∎ Assist with payroll processing and HR data analysis.
∎ Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.
∎ Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities. Develop HR module in company ERP system along with technology team
∎ Job Summary:
∎ We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to join our team as Assistant Manager / First Assistant Vice President – HR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all core HR functions, implementing strategic initiatives, and driving a performance-oriented and professional work culture across the organization.
