Job Context:
∎ Urgently seeking a mid level leader to build, operate and manage e-commerce project for a newly established FMCG company. The incumbent has to oversee the entire e-commerce operation including technical setup and rollout to fulfillment management and internal IT systems.
∎ Vacancy: 01, Current / Immediate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing, monitoring, writing and updating product content contained on eCommerce websites/portals.
∎ Administer and supervise the day-to-day e-commerce operations, customer service, online promotions, updates & maintenance of E-Commerce site & social media management.
∎ Day-to-day IT/ERP/E-Commerce Business Operation & E-Commerce Site Management
∎ Working with product management, sales, graphics, and other relevant departments to provide updated content for assigned accounts to be shared across eCommerce platforms.
∎ Plan and execute product and service promotions, commercials, social media advertising campaigns.
∎ Be a continuous improvement person, feeding companies internal practice with insights from field experience
∎ Manage our online inventory
∎ Manage payment gateway relationships
∎ Develop campaigns to increase digital sales
∎ Help manage our online marketing presence, including on social media platforms.
∎ Assist with forming our company's overall digital marketing strategy.
∎ Monitor and analyze website rankings and develop SEO/PPC strategies/marketing plans accordingly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Direct hands on experience in relevant field will be prioritized.
∎ Applicants with direct work experience in reputed or startup e-commerce company are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Minimum of 4+ years' experience in a fast-paced, e-Commerce business.
∎ Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce websites/portals and ERP software.
∎ Must have hand on experience to maintain e-mail server & network system.
∎ Knowledgeable of the e-Commerce space that includes marketing strategies, product development, competitive strategies, industry trends and usability best practices.
∎ Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions.
∎ Adequate knowledge of local networks, servers.
∎ Familiarity with web design and a keen eye to detail.
∎ Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Analytical and multitasking skills.
∎ Skills: E-commerce, content development, E-mail server & IT system oversight.
