Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, conduct & Execute MPO's Interview for total Field Force recruitment
∎ Training Progress Follow up & Ensure Corrective Measure
∎ Ensure & Conduct Trainee MPO Detailing Role Play
∎ Provide on Job Training to the Training Team to Ensure Performance
∎ Monitor & Check Training Kit to Perform the Needful
∎ Perform Post Induction Training Analysis
∎ Perform Performance Analysis & Prepare IDP for each Reporting Colleague
∎ Monitor & Ensure All Administrative and Logistic Arrangement
∎ Follow up Monthly Conference Arrangement
∎ Monitor Petty Cash & All Departmental Requisition
