• Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Process Technology ( Level Depending on Qualification, Experience etc.)

• Diploma/BSc /BTech or Higher.

• Through knowledge of technical terms in processing.       

• Familiar with different type of extruders calenders bead winding and  fabric cutters.        

• Familiar with lab test methods.        

• Thorough knowledge of ASTM, ISO test methods related to processing.       

• Familiar with ISO, IATF and OSHAS.

• Skills: Extrusion, die shop, calender process, bead winding.

• Industrialization of new SKUs         

• Co-ordinate new product/equipment trials within limited iterations.        

• Defect/scrap targets as applicable·       

• Ensure improvement / cost saving plans are implemented as per time-line.        

Extrusion 

• Issue and maintenance of extrusion specification.

• Validation of in process material test data.

• Achieving the desired component properties.

• Modification of components to suite the processing ahead.

• Profile achieving as per tyre building requirement.

• Die modification.

• Tool maintenance.

• NC material control and rectification.

• Disposition of components.

• NPD trials.

• New compound evaluation.

• New RM evaluation.

• New machine commissioning

• Processing proving 

• Process study.         

Calendar and Bead winding.

• Issue and maintenance of extrusion specification.

• Validation of in process material test data.

• NC material control.

• Disposition of raw materials.
