Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Through knowledge of technical terms in mixing .
∎ Familiar with banbury, intermix and mill.
∎ Familiar with rubber, chemicals and lab test methods.
∎ Thorough knowledge of ASTM, ISO test methods.
∎ Familiar with ISO, IATF and OSHAS.
∎ Mixing, Compounding, Banbury / Intermix operation, Mill mixing
∎ Ms/Msc - Chemistry , Chemical Engg , Polymer Technology, B.Tech, M.Tech.
∎ Knowledge (Functional):
∎ Through knowledge of technical terms in mixing .
∎ Familiar with banbury, intermix and mill.
∎ Familiar with rubber, chemicals and lab test methods.
∎ Thorough knowledge of ASTM, ISO test methods.
∎ Familiar with ISO, IATF and OSHAS.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To establish mixing specification meeting technical standards, manufacturing feasibility and scrap as per organization norms.
∎ Provide knowledge-based support for trouble shooting and improvement.
∎ To verify the daily mixing process and lab activities, RM evaluation, Issue of documentation related to mixing, raw material and Lab tests.
∎ Industrialization of new compounds and SKUs.
∎ Co-ordinate new product/equipment trials within limited iterations.
∎ Defect/scrap targets as applicable.
∎ Ensure improvement / cost saving plans are implemented as per time-line.
∎ Issue and maintenance of mixing specification.
∎ Validation of test data.
∎ Achieving the desired compound properties.
∎ Modification of compound to suite the processing ahead.
∎ NC material control and rectification.
∎ Disposition of compounds.
∎ NPD trials·
∎ New compound evaluation.
∎ New RM evaluation.
∎ New machine commissioning.
∎ Processing proving.
∎ RM development.
∎ Calibration of all the lab equipment.
∎ Test data control.
∎ Validation of test results.
∎ NC material control.
∎ Disposition of raw materials.
∎ SOP.
∎ Test method and Specification.
∎ Control plan.
∎ PPAP, FMEA, etc
∎ 1.Main Purpose of Job:
