Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Summary:
∎ The Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - HR & Admin will support the HR and Administration functions by leading and managing various HR activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering a positive workplace environment. This role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, development, and administrative tasks.

∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
∎ Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection.
∎ Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
∎ Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the company.
∎
∎ Employee Relations:
∎ Address and resolve complex employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to both employees and management.
∎ Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and open communication channels.
∎ Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and take appropriate actions based on feedback.
∎
∎ Performance Management:
∎ Manage the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely and constructive feedback.
∎ Work with department heads to set performance goals and monitor employee progress.
∎ Develop and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.

∎ Training & Development:
∎ Identify training needs and create comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
∎ Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and professional development opportunities.
∎ Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.

∎ HR Policies & Compliance:
∎ Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
∎ Regularly review and update HR policies to reflect changes in regulations and best practices.
∎ Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

∎ Administrative Support:
∎ Oversee daily administrative operations, including office management, facility maintenance, and vendor coordination.
∎ Ensure efficient office procedures and systems are in place.
∎ Manage administrative budgets and track expenses.

∎ Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
