∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain overall administrative work for the office.
∎ Keep proper track of admin budget versus daily expenditures.
∎ Coordinate with HOD of the office for effective functioning of office.
∎ Ensure Key control and office security procedure are established.
∎ Maintain coordination with building management authority for smooth function of amenities of office floor.
∎ Handle petty cash and maintain daily record with proper support.
∎ Vendor management, coordinate with purchase & accounts team for all kinds of admin related quotation & PO.
∎ Ensure front desk, support staff are performing professionally. Keep liaison with 3rd party about housekeeping and cleanliness of office premises washrooms. Monitor parcel movement are done systematically.
∎ Establish communication for the hospitalization of expat and also handle emergencies of employees in consultation with the corporate admin team.
∎ Coordinate and prepare extra OT bill for admin associates and confirm with payroll.
∎ Provide administrative support for staff working the in relation to their transportation and their movements.
∎ Ensure all local purchases are done with justification; prepare and preserve bills for final approval/ consolidation.
∎ Monitor housekeeping work of the office and need to keep it as standard.
∎ Office visitors are important for business, therefore ensure proper entertainment for those in coordination with HOD.
∎ Accountability & reporting of any accident, incident or misuse & overall surveillance.
∎ Handle emergency of the office and communicate the incidents with corporate office. Also support other agencies too.
∎ Ensure inventory of all items of the office are properly done. Keep record of pantry items, cutleries and crockeries and establish fair wear and tear (Fair wear and Tear).
∎ Prepare draft admin SOP of office and modify as and when required for vetting of HOD/ Admin Head.
∎ Initiate annual confidential report of admin staff of the office.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Relevant experience from garments industry will get preference

Salary: Negotiable
