Additional Requirements:
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI are mandatory.
Familiarity with databases, ERP systems, or similar platforms will be an added advantage.
Prior experience in apparel manufacturing is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Responsibilities & Context:
System Updates & Maintenance: Regularly update and monitor internal systems to ensure smooth operation, data integrity, and compliance with company standards.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Leverage Excel, Power BI, and other tools to create detailed reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that support business activities.
Project Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, etc.) to support ongoing system-related projects, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain up-to-date documentation on system updates and related procedures to ensure compliance.
Process Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize workflow and system functionality across various teams.
