Additional Requirements:
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Minimum 12 years of proven experience in quality management preferably in manufacturing, textile or apparel industry.
Strong knowledge of quality standards (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.) and methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead, mentor and develop a team of quality assurance professionals.
Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company`s goals.
Oversee the establishment, maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Monitor production processes to maintain high-quality output.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
Analyze quality metrics and trends to drive decision-making and improve processes.
Prepare and present reports on quality performance to senior management.
Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to ensure quality is integrated throughout the product lifecycle.
Act as the primary point of contact for all quality-related concerns and customer escalations.
Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and operational efficiency.
Foster a culture of quality awareness and accountability within the organization.
