Additional Requirements:

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 12 years of proven experience in quality management preferably in manufacturing, textile or apparel industry.

• Strong knowledge of quality standards (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.) and methodologies.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of quality assurance professionals.

• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company`s goals.

• Oversee the establishment, maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System.

• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

• Monitor production processes to maintain high-quality output.

• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.

• Analyze quality metrics and trends to drive decision-making and improve processes.

• Prepare and present reports on quality performance to senior management.

• Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to ensure quality is integrated throughout the product lifecycle. 

• Act as the primary point of contact for all quality-related concerns and customer escalations.

• Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and operational efficiency.

• Foster a culture of quality awareness and accountability within the organization.
