Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

  • 10 to 12 years of professional experience in QA. Must have strong experience with third-party inspections and buyer QC protocols.

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.

  • Highly motivated and result-driven individuals.

  • Must be flexible with frequent plant visit.

  • Proven track record of managing large-scale manufacturing and driving excellence.

  • Forward-thinking mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and identify innovative solutions.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead, manage, and supervise QA teams across multiple manufacturing facility to ensure alignment with company and buyer requirements. Take full ownership from input till shipment.

  • Formulate and implement quality standards, policies, and procedures from Pre-production meeting through to final inspection. Track and evaluate QA/QC performance by analyzing production data, preparing statistical reports, and sharing findings with all relevant departments.

  • Conduct risk assessment meetings with technical and bulk production teams to assess production feasibility and mitigate quality risks at an early stage.

  • Oversee and monitor all stages of inspection (PPM, Pilot Run, Inline, Pre-Final, and Final) ensuring consistent application of quality systems.

  • Identify, audit, and resolve quality and production challenges through corrective and preventive actions. Design and deliver training programs to enhance product quality, process reliability, and factory compliance.

  • Monitor and evaluate factory-specific OQL, OML and technical audit scores, driving improvements where required. Conduct dedicated QA (DQA) training for factory quality assurance teams.

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives through Lean and Six Sigma tools such as Kaizen, Gemba walks and process validation.

  • Act as the technical liaison between factories, vendors, and buyers, ensuring all quality requirements and compliance standards are consistently met.
