Previous experience in garments industry will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is mandatory.
Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure that all necessary technical information has been received from the Purchase Coordinator and that aligns with the product requirements before proceeding.
Follow up with suppliers or service providers to obtain the quotations within two working days.
If any required information is missing or unclear, return the request to the user or the Factory Purchase Coordinator to obtain a revised and complete submission.
Follow up the quotation is reviewed and negotiations are finalized by the senior team, upload the Cost Saving (CS) documents to the end-to-end tracker.
Submit the CS documents through the tracker to obtain final approval from management.
