Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ BBA/MBA in HRM is much preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Bangladesh Labor Law, Buyer Handling, Buyers COC, Factory Administration, Factory Compliance, Grievance Handling, Human Resources, Training & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage employee selection & recruitment process.
∎ Monitoring and securing housekeeping, workplace safety, administrative issues and employee welfare.
∎ Development & execution of policy and procedure in respect of local law, Company CoC and Buyers CoC.
∎ Communication and coordination with buyers, auditors and other external bodies for smooth operation of departmental activities.
∎ To prepare and maintain all kinds of audit related documents as per buyer's requirement.
∎ To conduct internal audit for environment and social compliance issues for sustainable development.
∎ To prepare yearly training calendar & conduct different kinds of training as per the schedule.
∎ To monitor and ensure housekeeping related issues of garments and textile division .

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Must have good working knowledge regarding English Reading, Writing & speaking.
∎ Good understanding on core HR practices.
∎ Must have good knowledge of computer, basically MS Office packages.

Salary: Negotiable
