Responsibilities & Context:
Provide day to day IT support to user (Hardware, Software, network-related Issues)
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and IT equipment
Monitor and troubleshoot IAN, WAN. Internet and basic Network connectivity issues. Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
Support software installation, updates and user access management
Coordinate with vendors for IT support, repairs and maintenance
Ensure IT security policies and procedures are followed
Assist during system maintenance, upgrades and downtime activities
Perform any other IT-related tasks assigned v=by the management
