∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capasity to control minimum 50 to 60 lean lines;
∎ Ability to communication with buyer & buying office;
∎ Knowledge about product safety/ internal QMS audit/ product & process risk analysis/SOP & quality policy pest control/mold prevention procedure technical audits requirement etc;
∎ Ability to make the presentation on management review meeting/training & awareness meeting/ DHU analysis & control meeting;
∎ Incumbent must possess thorough knowledge of the entire process of Woven Garments Quality;
∎ Capable of measure & control of quality products as per buyer requirement;
∎ Responsible for inspecting and testing of products at various stages in the production process;
∎ Ability to analyze and evaluate the quality of products;
∎ Taking the responsibility for assuring the factory is following buyers' technical specifications (AQLs: Acceptable Quality Level) and make sure that OQLs (Observed Quality Level) at the factories are in line with international quality practices;
∎ Sound knowledge on modern quality technical issues and must have experience to work with different buyers;
∎ Having knowledge about Quality Systems, Regulations, Guidelines, Audits and AQL Standards;
∎ Monitor daily report and analyze feedback for corrective and productive action;
∎ Handling Quality Assurance Issue (from Raw material to Shipment);
∎ If work done for GAP & American Eagle Outfitters (AEO) buyer, then priority may be given on selection;
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Good communication skill and well behavior;
∎ Sound knowledge in computer operation;
∎ Should have strong reporting & presentation skill;
∎ Team work & commitment.
