Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical/ Technical/Engineering
∎ Diploma in Leather Goods Technology/ Dying industries will give preference.
∎ Skills Required: Computer literacy, Team Lead, Tally software, ERP Software.
∎ Skills Required: Ability to problem solve, Ability to Work Under Pressure, Factory Operation
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Leather industry, Synthetic Polymer Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The AGM will be Head of Manufacturing, the ultimate responsible person for productivity, operation, and operational staff management and all over the factory.
∎ Coordinate all sections for proper operation of the factory.
∎ Ensure proper safety of the machine by physical supervision of machine and man.
∎ Ensure timely attendance of the junior officer, supervisor, operator/Helper, store, and Others.
∎ Report on using raw materials/Chemicals and packing materials.
∎ Direct and control the production of the company.
∎ Ensure product standards and Quality as per client order specification.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must Be Experience following area (s): Pvc, Synthetic, Polymer, Dyeing Printing.
∎ Training on Purchase Negotiation, Managerial communication, Motivating employees & team building will be preferable.
∎ Good looking and Smart
∎ Must be capable of fluently speaking & Writing in English.
