Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide guidance and innovative solutions to the Lifestyle Production lines to set the right matrix of headcount and machines
∎ Evaluate and improve the performance of Production and supportive departments by reducing operation cost, and the on-time passing rate
∎ Work closely with IE team to develop the right production model to better manage different production categories
∎ Drive sample making process in bottleneck management and apply to factory mass production process to achieve better pre-production preparation
∎ Use professional knowledge in the lifestyle production lines to drive orders completion in the right time, right quality and quantity, and at the right cost. Work with teammates, and subcontractors to optimize the results
∎ Demonstrate good judgment to identify the right focusing areas, deliver result in time and within budget
∎ Map the inefficiency, ineffective process, area and operations procedures of production and supportive departments in the production site
∎ Guide the Production and supportive departments in developing plan, and road map in resolving them
∎ Use professional knowledge to provide training to Production and supportive departments executives to identify process improvement areas
∎ Review and develop Production strategies and plans for expanding Lifestyle Wear business in a sustainable manner
∎ Conduct detailed and strategic business planning and monitoring in order to attain sales and production goals
∎ Regularly upgrade production skill and develop cost saving strategies to ensure the company stays competitive in the industry
∎ Work closely with IE team to identify new machine and technology for improving overall productivity and quality consistency as well as cost saving
∎ Ensure right technical training is offered to the right people before introduction of new machine or new technology to the factories
∎ Provide continuous and instant guidance and feedback to direct reports, conduct regular performance reviews and provide effective support and training for performance enhancement
∎ Develop and upgrade skillsets of the team in satisfying the customer need
∎ Develop stretch goals and objectives for the team to drive bottom line results
∎ Build an effective team by talent identification and development; follow up on NGL and Associate grooming
∎ Build capable teams to support the business development
∎ Production Excellence
