Responsibilities & Context:

1. Conduct Pre-Final & Self-Inspection ( Final) for buyer through online & prepare online Inspection report to upload buyer Portal.

2. Virtual inspection like PP meeting, in line Inspection , Risk Assessments meeting with Walmart QA team through Zoom application.

3. Keep communication to CHO Merchandising & Buying QA team & other concern team.

4. Manage third party inspection

5. Track Quality KPI data like OML, OQL, top 5 defect, Moisture Content & send to WM WA team twice a month etc.

6. Analyze Factory DHU report, Top 5 defects & other quality report to take preventive Step daily basis.

7. Inspection schedule follow up.

8. Follow up factory housekeeping

9. Maintain all kind of product safety procedure.

10. Conduction and attain pre-production meeting as per buyer Protocol

11. Conduct PP Meetings & review Size set sample to advise necessary pattern correction before bulk cutting

12. Monitor QMS existing in the factory.

13. Monitor, checking quality of Bulk CTL Sample & handle SGS team during sample pickup

14. Provide training to fellow & Factory QA Team

15. Coordinates closely with concern Quality Managers through daily morning meeting and discuss quality-related issues.

16. Immediately resolves of pending quality issues for all incoming materials, trims/ accessories and other products

17. Motivate all team members to achieve the goal provided by organization.

18. Improve and develop the team through skill matrix.

19. Abide by any other job as and when assigned by the Management
