• Provide a good representation of the company and general instructions to suppliers.

• Organize and follow up development and orders from sampling to garment delivery according to company protocol.

• Sample evaluation, record keeping, and sending them to the buyer.

• Able to communicate with Suppliers on development and order- related information and on day-to-day merchandising activities and approvals.

• Follow-up material booking, Knitting, Dying, cutting, printing, sewing, washing, test, finishing, packing, inline, final inspection together with cross- functional team.

• Production follow up to ensure on-time delivery and regular factory visit and update order status to line seniors.

• Diagnose production problems and work with suppliers to present alternatives/solutions.

• Prejudgment over production planning, productivity, and possible delay in shipment.

• Assure product quality starting from fabric to shipment of the goods with honesty and integrity.

• Must be fluent in English Language and excellent in MS Excel, MS Word, and Photo Editing which is a mandatory requirement for this position.
