Responsibilities & Context:
1. Technical & Fit Responsibilities
Check garment measurements and sizing
Conduct fit sessions on sample garments
Identify fitting problems and suggest corrections
Review spec sheets and tech packs
Ensure grading is correct for all sizes
2. Sample Development
Develop proto samples, fit samples, and pre-production samples
Work with pattern maker to correct patterns
Approve samples before bulk production
Compare samples with buyer requirements
