1. Technical & Fit Responsibilities

• Check garment measurements and sizing

• Conduct fit sessions on sample garments

• Identify fitting problems and suggest corrections

• Review spec sheets and tech packs

• Ensure grading is correct for all sizes

2. Sample Development

• Develop proto samples, fit samples, and pre-production samples

• Work with pattern maker to correct patterns

• Approve samples before bulk production

• Compare samples with buyer requirements
