Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering / Fashion Design / Apparel Merchandising or related field.
7–10 years of practical experience in Denim product merchandising.
Strong knowledge of denim fabrics, washing techniques, and finishes
Experience working with international buyers/brands is a must
Excellent negotiation and costing skills
Strong understanding of compliance standards (BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, etc.)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong communication skills in English (both written & verbal)
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Merchandiser (Denim Category) to strengthen our merchandising team.
Job Responsibilities
Manage the full merchandising cycle from product development to shipment for Denim category
Handle buyer communication independently and professionally.
Develop costing, price negotiation, and order confirmation with buyers
Source fabrics, trims, and accessories in alignment with buyer requirements
Follow up on sample development (Proto, Fit, PP, TOP, etc.)
Monitor production planning and ensure on-time delivery
Coordinate with factories, QA teams, and compliance departments
Ensure product quality, testing standards, and compliance requirements are met
Identify potential risks and proactively resolve production issues
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting (T&A, order status, etc.)
Support continuous improvement in sourcing, cost efficiency, and vendor performance
Any other working responsibilities as assigned by management
