Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context
Responsible for leading the procurement team, developing and implementing procurement strategies, and managing the procurement process to ensure the organization obtains quality goods and services at the most competitive prices. Also play a vital role in supplier relationship management, contract negotiations, and supply chain optimization.
Job Responsibilities
Develop, implement and monitor the procurement strategy, policy and SOPs.
Ensuring the lowest possible price while maintaining the quality of the product within declared delivery schedule.
Ensure maximum credit period when purchasing products.
Vendor enlistment, analysis and rating for sustainable business continuation.
Train, lead and coordinate the procurement team in such a way that induces maximum HR optimization and reflects succession planning.
