• Strong knowledge of dyeing processes, shade matching, and production management.

• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.

• Ability to monitor, record, and maintain production and quality data accurately.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Shift In-Charge for our Dyeing department. The ideal candidate will oversee shift operations, ensure production targets are met, maintain quality standards, and efficiently manage the shift team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate shade matching in coordination with the Quality team.

• Verify incoming materials and check receipts against program, batch, target, and lab reports.

• Responsible for achieving shift-wise production targets.

• Manage and control shift manpower, ensuring proper time management and productivity.

• Maintain dyeing process parameters and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.

• Monitor and maintain Sedomaster program and related process records.

• Motivate and supervise the team, ensuring process records are updated and followed.

• Conduct shift handover and takeover, providing complete details of all running batches, process history, and matching targets.
