A leading export-based knit composite garments manufacturing organization is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional for the position of General Manager / Senior General Manager (Marketing & Merchandising).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end Marketing and Merchandising operations, including order acquisition, execution, and on-time shipment of knit garment products.

• Ensure optimal utilization of factory capacity (approximately 3.0 – 3.5 million pieces per month) by securing profitable orders.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international buyers, while actively sourcing new business opportunities.

• Provide strategic leadership to a team of senior marketing and merchandising professionals.

• Ensure seamless coordination across all relevant departments to execute orders efficiently and meet delivery commitments.

• Monitor market trends and align business strategies to achieve organizational goals and profitability targets.
