∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Properly Follow up Style wise Consumption (Costing, Factory & Live)
∎ Collect Daily End Roll Utilization Report from Swing & Cutting line
∎ As per lay sheet check all style’s cutting details for balance End Roll.
∎ If usable end roll balance, then discusses with cutting responsible people for cut it by short marker
∎ Check all style wise cutting details for live consumption
∎ As per daily cutting report follow up style wise fabric status base on allocate fabric
∎ Follow Up Weekly Fabric Utilization Issues Report
∎ Follow Up Forecast Report for Consumption & Allocate Fabric.
∎ Guide the cutting to achieve target consumption & improve costed consumption
∎ Guide merchandisers to use residuals on a weekly basis by forecasting based on actual consumption
∎ Monitor and report fabric consumed as directed by Merchandising to cutting based on forecast.
∎ Guide Cutting dept. on Fabrics utilization to achieve the required qty /with improvement
∎ Accountability on re-cut fabric, check and ensure to agree that panels rejected agree with issued for re-cut
∎ Very closely follow up as below point to realize actual scenario with actual reason of ALL contract & take action on time to reduce any last-minute disaster.
∎ Style wise fabric reconciliation after cut completed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant's should have experience in the following business area:
∎ Expertise in lingerie manufacturing.
∎ Should have very good command in English.
∎ Must have very good command over MS office application.

Salary: Negotiable
