∎ Experience: Candidate should have 10-15 years’ experience in the garments sector.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overseeing the design and development of moulds with the engineering team to create molds that meet the specific requirements of the manufacturing process.
∎ Ensures that daily schedules, quality and production goals are met, troubleshoots problems as required.
∎ Ensure that the molds are designed to produce high-quality products efficiently.
∎ Oversees the creation and maintenance of moulds used for garment accessories, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to production timelines.
∎ Review and approve mould designs, ensuring they meet functional and aesthetic requirements.
∎ Plan and schedule mold usage for production, optimizing efficiency and minimizing downtime.
∎ Manage the costs associated with mould development, manufacturing, and maintenance, working to optimize efficiency and reduce expenses.
∎ Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable pricing and delivery terms.
∎ Lead and supervise a team of mould makers, technicians and other support staff.
