Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree from reputed University/College.
∎ Education in relevant subject will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet given QCO (KPI)
∎ Meet standard quality levels + setting standards in mockups.
∎ Prepare for Trail/1st Bulk/Bulk approval to hit line plan
∎ Study new garment styles and conduct in-depth technical assessments to understand the specific requirements for production.
∎ Analyze existing production processes, identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs while maintaining product quality.
∎ Provide creative and practical solutions to address technical challenges with meeting quality and efficiency targets.
∎ Define and communicate clear work methods and procedures for production teams to follow, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance with quality standards.
∎ Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancement, driving continuous improvement initiatives to streamline production and reduce waste.
∎ Work closely with suppliers to evaluate new materials, techniques, and technologies that can improve the performance and aesthetics of products.
∎ Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, innovations, and advancements in knit garment production techniques, materials, and equipment.
∎ Address technical challenges and issues that arise during the production process, offering practical solutions to ensure timely and successful completion of product lifecycle.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Experience on handling Japanese customer will be given preference.
∎ Hands-on knowledge on technical specification, requirement, quality standard of Lingerie
∎ Analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
∎ Detail-oriented with the ability to establish and maintain process standards.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as within a team.
∎ Good oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.
