Education:
B.Sc. in Textile Engineering is preferred. Additional certification in Lean or 5S will be considered an advantage.

Additional Requirements:
Strong knowledge of production planning, line balancing, and efficiency improvement.
Hands-on experience in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and compliance standards.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and manage the full production process across cutting, sewing, and finishing.
Set daily production targets and monitor hourly output to ensure achievement.
Plan and allocate work efficiently with proper line balancing and manpower utilization.
Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure uninterrupted availability of fabrics, trims, and other materials.
Supervise all production operations to meet shipment deadlines.
Implement Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices to improve productivity and reduce costs.
Ensure product quality, workplace discipline, safety, and compliance standards.
Prepare monthly production plans and analyze performance reports.
Maintain accurate production data in ERP systems.
Develop team capabilities, set KPIs, and conduct performance evaluations.
Ensure readiness for internal and external compliance audits.
