• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Merchandising.

• Working experience in Woven, Denim and Wash products will be preferred.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Excellent knowledge of garment production processes.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders simultaneously.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Good understanding of costing, fabric consumption, and product development.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Merchandiser for our garment merchandising team. The candidate will be responsible for managing buyers, handling order execution from development to shipment, and coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth production and timely delivery.

• Handle buyers independently and maintain strong communication with international buyers.

• Manage order execution from development stage to final shipment.

• Analyze buyer tech packs, specifications, and product requirements.

• Develop cost sheets, price negotiations, and ensure profitability of orders.

• Source fabrics, trims, and accessories according to buyer requirements.

• Follow up sample development (Fit sample, PP sample, Size set, Shipment sample, etc.).

• Coordinate with design, sample, production, washing, and quality teams to ensure product compliance.

• Monitor production planning, capacity, and delivery schedule.

• Ensure on-time submission of samples and approvals from buyers.

• Follow up lab tests, fabric approvals, and bulk production approvals.

• Maintain T&A (Time and Action) calendar and monitor all critical paths.

• Resolve production issues and provide solutions to meet shipment deadlines.

• Ensure compliance with buyer quality standards and company policies.

• Communicate regularly with factories, suppliers, and buyers regarding order status.

• Prepare and maintain merchandising reports, order tracking sheets, and shipment documentation.

• Work closely with the commercial team regarding LC, PI, shipping documents, and export procedures.

• Monitor washing development and ensure wash standards meet buyer requirements (for denim/wash items).

• Ensure smooth coordination among merchandising, production, and quality teams.

• Identify new product opportunities and support business development initiatives.
