• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion Designing
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Graduation in Fashion Design & Technology or Textile Engineering from Public/reputed Private University.

• 3 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Spinning

• Age At most 32 years

• 3-4 years’ experience in relevant field.

• Work Station: Square Apparels Limited, factory, Mamarishpur, Mallikbari, Bhaluka, Mymensingh.

Major duties and responsibilities:

• Develop innovative design concepts and seasonal collections for woven tops in line with buyer requirements and market trends.

• Conduct research on fabrics, trims, washes, and new techniques to enhance product value and competitiveness.

• Prepare tech packs, mood boards, and design presentations for internal and buyer approvals.

• Coordinate with merchandising, sampling, and production teams to ensure accurate product development.

• Monitor sample development from concept to final approval, ensuring quality and timeline compliance.

• Maintain updated knowledge of global fashion trends, sustainability practices, and competitor analysis.

• Perform any other task assigned by the management.
