Job Context:
AKH Knitting & Dyeing Ltd. is a knit composite factory. We are looking an experienced Children care teacher who is responsible for providing a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for workers’ children. The teacher will apply Montessori-based methods to support early childhood development, including basic education, behavior, and social skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily care, supervision, and emotional support to children.
Plan and conduct Montessori-style learning activities (practical life, sensory, language, and basic math).
Teach basic skills such as:
Alphabet, numbers, colors, shapes
Rhymes, storytelling, and simple communication
Maintain a safe, clean, and child-friendly environment.
Observe children’s behavior and development; report any concerns.
Support children’s hygiene, feeding, and rest routines.
Encourage good manners, discipline, and social interaction.
Communicate regularly with parents (garments workers) about child progress.
Prepare simple teaching materials and learning aids.
Follow child protection and safety policies at all times
