Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze manpower requisition and recruit when justified
∎ Conducting job analysis and job evaluations of employee
∎ Create Departmental KPI
∎ Standardize disciplinary action process
∎ Conduct interviews and selection process
∎ Reduce employee turnover rate
∎ Organizing, planning, undertaking and overseeing company training courses
∎ Implement company policies and procedures across the factory
∎ Ensuring that all employees' records remain up to date with legal aspects being complied
∎ Work to review / Change processes for the betterment of the employee and management
∎ Providing advice and council employee for motivation
∎ Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR & Administrative systems and practices
∎ Assist Head of the department in holding discussions with local employee committees as and when required on various local issues to maintain congenial industrial relations throughout the company
∎ Sustain congenial work atmosphere and improve relationship between all categories of employees and the management
∎ Coordinate staff recreational and welfare activities and monitor the same with the locations
∎ Provide necessary inputs for formulating recruitment and selection policy of the company and recruit and select right candidates within the right time frame as per manpower plan
∎ Assist Head of the department in HR planning, including manpower planning, environmental scanning and forecasting
∎ Maintain relationship with business units and enabling functions for meeting their day to day HR services needs

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ An in-depth knowledge on recruitment and selection, HR policy, Performance Management
∎ An in-depth knowledge and experience of IRs and Counseling & Employee Services(CES)
∎ Knowledge on health & safety and compliance issues.
∎ Knowledge on SAP
