Responsibilities & Context:
Position Overview:
We require a qualified and experienced management professional to efficiently oversee the growing operations of our organization. The selected candidate will supervise the overall activities of the company and assume full responsibility in the absence of the General Manager. The candidate must possess strong leadership, strategic decision-making, and management skills.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Assist in overall management and administrative operations of the company.
Perform the responsibilities of the General Manager (GM) in their absence.
Coordinate activities across production, marketing, administration, finance, human resources.
Actively participate in implementing the company’s strategic plans.
Supervise and provide guidance to staff at various levels.
Ensure efficient management while maintaining company policies, procedures, and standards.
