Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Revenue Growth: Develop and implement high-level sales strategies to enter new markets and ensure the achievement of ambitious departmental revenue targets and organizational growth objectives.
Technical Consultation & Proposal Design: Utilize deep technical expertise to analyze complex client requirements, providing customized engineering solutions and overseeing the preparation of comprehensive technical sales proposals for large-scale projects.
Key Account & Relationship Management: Lead the development of strategic partnerships with major corporate clients and stakeholders, maintaining a robust network through consistent high-level engagement and professional networking.
Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct rigorous market research to identify industry trends and competitor movements, providing the executive team with data-driven insights to refine product positioning and marketing tactics.
End-to-End Sales Operations: Manage the full sales lifecycle for major contracts, including lead qualification, technical demonstrations, high-stakes price negotiations, and overseeing the seamless delivery of equipment.
Team Mentorship & Cross-Functional Synergy: Supervise and train the sales team on technical product aspects while collaborating closely with the engineering department to ensure that client-specific technical requirements are accurately implemented.
