Skills & Competencies

· Strong knowledge of electrical design and power systems
· Proficiency in Auto CAD (2D & 3D)
· Experience in substation, solar, and industrial electrical projects
· Ability to prepare technical and commercial documentation
· Strong coordination and communication skills

Job Summary

The Manager – Project & Service will be responsible for design, project execution, and sales support activities related to both locally manufactured and imported products. The role requires strong technical expertise, project coordination skills, and the ability to learn new technologies as well as guide and train subordinates and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Preparation of Single Line Diagrams (SLD) of substations, panel diagrams, and all layout plans using AutoCAD (2D & 3D views).

2. Design and drawing of Generators, Bus Bar Trunking (BBT), Solar Systems, Lightning Protection Systems (LPS), and Electrical Layout Diagrams (ELD).

3. Preparation of material requisition reports for cost analysis and comparison.

4. Compilation of technical specifications, installation, operation, and maintenance (IOM) manuals, along with all relevant test reports.

5. Design and layout of electrical systems, including: Indoor substation room layout & Outdoor substation room layout

6. Visiting different client offices and the company factory as and when required for project-related activities.

7. Preparation of quotations and tender/bid documents (both private and government) with detailed specifications for:

· Substations (11kV and 33kV)

· BBT systems

· Solar systems

· Lightning Protection Systems (LPS)

· Other related electrical projects

8. Providing project and sales support to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction.

Demonstrate a proactive attitude towards learning new skills, sharing technical knowledge with subordinates and colleagues, and effective team management.
