Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that the weekly planned styles samples review, historical performance analysis and keep guidance in advance to the team before finishing input;
∎ Ensure wash received goods inspection progress is being happening to get correct goods from laundry;
∎ Ensure that the inside & outside of garments, proper ironing, size wise measurement, measurement key points, get-up of garments and packed garments are properly checked.
∎ Ensure that the founded defects in finishing section are repairing properly in hourly basis maintaining SOP;
∎ Ensure that the AQL for inline, Audit & pre-final inspection of the Company is properly execute/maintained;
∎ Ensure that the all works are done as per approved commences, worksheet, approved sample, and Swatch/trims cards;
∎ Ensure to prepare and submit various reports such as; In-process inspection, lot pass audit, measurement status, End-line inspection, metal detector calibration, garments passed report by metal detector, daily rejection report, UPC/Print sticker check report, style closing report, pre-final/final inspection report etc. required by the management properly and timely;
∎ Responsible for plan, run and lead the quality department as per buyers' quality standards (AQL, SOP, Manual, approved sample etc.) also overseeing, co-ordinate and promote the company Quality system and product quality improvement process to meet Customer's requirement;
∎ Developing and analyzes statistical data and product specifications to determine present standard and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished products;
∎ Responsible for quality function through the entire manufacturing process including incoming, in process, finished goods inspection, and testing;
∎ Working with effectively interacts with technical, development and production teams to maintain product quality: ensuring that targets are achieved;
∎ Developing and maintains quality assurance objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with the Production Department;
∎ Planning promoting and organizing, training activities related to product quality and reliability;
∎ Reviewing output samples against the sample and Follow up first output garment measurement report;
∎ Developing and implement the inspection criteria and procedure;
∎ Monitor & ensure product quality from fabric in house to finish goods;
∎ Establish and oversee all quality control procedures for established, leading global denim brands;
∎ Ensuring Finishing Quality Control Cost;
∎ Help to Analyze and assess product risks during the development, start-up/pilot runs and production;
∎ Identify causes and actionable steps to improve product and reduce returns;
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali;
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in quality system.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
