Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Preferable from Public University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Human Resource Management, Office Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Retention/improvement of design/rated performance of plant and equipment.
∎ Production planning, cost analysis, cost control and cost reduction.
∎ Planning and implementation of cost effective preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
∎ Monitor operational performance of plant and machinery and carry out testing to improve existing performance.
∎ Oversee coordination with distribution department for product dispatch.
∎ Ensure engineering and occupational safeties and implement different safety program.
∎ List out indent for imported spares, lubricants and carry out other inventory control.
∎ Organize manpower during leave, absence sickness, maintenance-supervision of job by casual workers and contract labours.
∎ Professional development and guidance of Plant Engineers, Maintenance Engineers, Admin Officer and others - on the job training-need analysis, recommendation, counselling, evaluation and supervision of their jobs.
∎ Performance Assessment of Engineers and staff recommend and implement IDP for them.
∎ Establish various external contracts with various authorities e.g. Power Development Board, Gas, Fire Department, Environment etc.
∎ Oversee the administration and timely logistic support to different departments of the site.
∎ Report on production, maintenance people, audit, safety and engineering, consumption, monthly stock, production cost.
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
∎ Assist Head of Operations to achieve country's quality and productivity goal in Gases Business.
∎ Support other cylinder filling sites.
∎ Operational support to Sales Centres.
∎ Manage Medical Products quality at Production

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced on Gas Manufacturing, Cylinder filling or LPG filling & Distribution

Salary: Negotiable
