Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Computer Science or any other discipline with minimum 2 years project implementation / technical support in IT department.
∎ Skills Required: Complex SQL Query, IT Project Management, Problemsolving skills., Software Debugging, Software development life cycle (SDLC), Strong knowledge on testing methodologies

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): IT Development Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive the assigned tickets for issue resolution and resolve the issue as per defined scope.
∎ Assist in creation of IT solutions for functions/units (such as BI modules/ HRIS/ Success factors etc.) and projects associated with it.
∎ Consult with user departments on project status, proposals, or technical issues, such as software system design or maintenance.
∎ Track and identify technical limitations for any software/application and report for resolution.
∎ Handle escalations in bug analysis, fixing and testing.
∎ Work as a project manager / coordinator of any IT related project.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
