• Bachelor of Science (Pass) in Food Science & Technology

·         Monitor processing stages, freezing and storage conditions to ensure compliance with SOPs.

·         Conduct sensory evaluation (appearance, taste, texture) of products.

·         Perform microbiological, physical, and chemical tests on raw and finished products.

·         Perform microbiological, physical, and chemical tests on raw and finished products.

·         Verify product weight, temperature and product accuracy.

·         Maintain calibration and proper use of QC instruments.

·         Record Inspection results, batch reports, and non-conformance reports.

·         Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.

·         Maintain proper filing of QC records for traceability.

·         Train production staff on quality and hygiene practices.

·         Recommend process improvements to reduce defects and improve product consistency.

·         Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes.
