Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline with a PGD in HR.
∎ Skills Required: Effective Communication, highly proactive, Integrity, Problem solving and decision making, Team player, Vendor management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR and compliance, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute and coordinate all sorts of Recruitment operational activities
∎ Extend all sorts of support and logistics during training programs
∎ Perform new joiner onboarding action points
∎ Assist in documentation of Disciplinary actions and employee change issues
∎ Handle and escalate employee Grievance as per policy
∎ Guide and monitor workforce to follow HSES guidelines without any exception
∎ Guide and monitor workforce to follow Compliance activities related to ISO/FSSC/HACCP certifications
∎ Strong monitoring and maintaining of Washroom hygiene standard
∎ Prepare error free and on time HR reports as per requirement from Group HR
∎ Assist in preparing and following individual KPIs as per Group HR policy
∎ Leave Management and Overtime policy implementation
∎ Monitor and ensure alignment of Canteen & Food management as per agreed standard
∎ Maintain real time HRIS data update & high confidentiality of employee information

Salary: Negotiable
